Where are you located
Wildflower Frames is based in the Netherland, North Brabant. Flowers can be delivered to us in person or carefully sent to us by post. Once your order has been placed, you will receive instructions on how and when to send your flowers.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as soon as you know the date of your wedding or event. We accept a limited number of flower preservation orders at a time, so booking in advance ensures we can reserve space for your flowers.
For memorial flowers, please contact us even at short notice and we will always do our best to accommodate your request.
How soon do you need my flowers?
The fresher your flowers are when we receive them, the better the results will be. Ideally, we would like to receive your flowers as soon as possible, within 3 days, following your wedding, funeral or special occasion.
After placing your order, you will receive instructions explaining how to care for and send your flowers.
Can all flowers be pressed?
Most flowers can be pressed beautifully, although every variety behaves differently during the preservation process. Some retain their colour particularly well, while others naturally change in colour, shape or tone.
Will my flowers keep their original colour?
Pressed flowers are natural materials and their colours will change during the preservation process. Some become deeper in colour, while others become softer or more muted.
Over time, pressed flowers will also naturally fade and develop a more vintage appearance. This is part of the beauty and character of working with real preserved flowers.
To help protect your artwork, we recommend keeping it away from direct sunlight and areas with high humidity.
How long does flower preservation take?
Your finished artwork will usually be ready within approximately 12 weeks of receiving your flowers.
Flower preservation is a slow process. Each flower is individually prepared and pressed before your final composition is carefully designed and framed.
Can I choose the design of my frame?
Yes. You can choose from our signature Modern Bouquet or Open Flower designs, as well as your preferred frame finish.
Because we work with your actual flowers, every piece will be unique. The examples shown on our website are intended to illustrate the overall composition and style rather than an exact finished result.
What happens after I place my order?
Once your order has been received, we will email you with instructions for caring for and sending your flowers to us.
When the flowers arrive, we begin the preservation process. Once they have been fully pressed and dried, we carefully create your chosen composition and frame the finished artwork.
Can I request something different?
Absolutely. If you have a special idea, different arrangement or particular flower you’d like incorporated, please get in touch. We are happy to discuss bespoke requests wherever possible.
