1. General

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all orders placed via the website wildflower frames.nl , owned and operated by Emma SullingsStyling & Design, registered in the Netherlands under Chamber of Commerce (KvK) 53102177 with its registered address at Jeroen Boschlann, Drunen, Netherlands

By placing an order on our Website, you agree to these Terms.

2. Products

We offer handcrafted pressed flower frames. As each item is handmade, slight variations may occur and are part of the uniqueness of each piece.

3. Orders

Orders can be placed through our Website. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are in Euros (€) and include VAT (BTW) at the applicable rate. Shipping costs are displayed separately at checkout. Payment can be made via the available methods at checkout (e.g., iDEAL,  credit card, Apple Pay etc).

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship within the Netherlands and within Europe, excluding the U.K. Delivery times depend on destination and will be provided during checkout. While we aim to deliver within the estimated times, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.

6. Right of Withdrawal (Retourrecht)

In accordance with Dutch and EU consumer laws, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 daysafter receiving the product, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right:

• You must notify us via email at info@wildflowerframes.nl within 14 days.

• You must return the product within 14 days of notifying us.

• The product must be in its original condition and packaging.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned product. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Note: The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made products.

7. Returns and Refunds

If your product is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

8. Warranty

Our products are decorative and delicate by nature. We guarantee that they are crafted with care and quality materials. However, natural fading or wear over time is not considered a defect.

9. Privacy Policy

We process your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For details, see our [Privacy Policy Link].

10. Liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damage. Our liability is limited to the amount of the order.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
