As a customer in the EU, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To initiate a return:

Include your name, order number, and a brief explanation (optional).

We will confirm your return and provide instructions.
You then have another 14 days to return the item.
Conditions for Returns

The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Returns must be shipped securely to prevent damage in transit.

Custom or personalized items are non-refundable, unless faulty or damaged upon arrival.
Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund within 14 days. Refunds will be made to your original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Send an email with:

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
