Thank you for shopping at Wildflower Frames. Below you'll find everything you need to know about our shipping methods, delivery times, and return procedures.


SHIPPING

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the Netherlands and within Europe, excluding the U.K

Processing Time

All of our frames are handcrafted with care. Please allow 2–5 business days for us to prepare and package your order before shipping.

Delivery Time (After Dispatch)

  • Netherlands: 1–3 business days

  • EU countries: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to local customs, postal delays, or unforeseen events.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. Free shipping may apply to certain orders within the Netherlands – check the banner or cart page for current offers.

Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link (if applicable).


RETURNS

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items in accordance with Dutch and EU consumer protection laws.

Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return Policy)

As a customer in the EU, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at info@wildflowerframes.nl within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your name, order number, and a brief explanation (optional).

  3. We will confirm your return and provide instructions.

You then have another 14 days to return the item.

Conditions for Returns

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • Returns must be shipped securely to prevent damage in transit.

  • Custom or personalized items are non-refundable, unless faulty or damaged upon arrival.

Return Shipping Costs

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund within 14 days. Refunds will be made to your original payment method.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Send an email with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damage or issue

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
